Dr.Bhanu Chander

Biography

Dr. Bhanu Chander is an Assistant Professor at ABV – Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior (ABV-IIITM Gwalior). Before joining here, he was an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam (IIIT-K) from 2022 to 2025. He received his PhD degree from Pondicherry Central University. His research includes Wireless Sensor Networks, IoT Security, Cyber Physical Systems, Privacy and Security, Authentication Protocols design and analysis, energy-efficient 6G networks, Outlier Detection in WSN, IDS and IPS, ML in Cyber Security, Cryptography and Network Security. He is an academic reviewer recognized by IEEE, ACM, and Springer journals, and has served for various scientific journals and conferences in the review process of more than 50 articles. He contributed as a track chair and session chair for numerous international conferences and workshops. He performed as a technical program committee (TPC) member for several international conferences organized by IEEE and Springer. He published more than 15 research papers in peer-reviewed international/national journals and conferences, three (3) edited books on WSN, Internet of Things, and Cyber security in the digital world, which Taylor & Francis and CRC Press published. He has also written and published over 16 book chapters in IGI Global publications, Springer, Wiley, and Elsevier.
